Troubleshooting and Helpful Hints

Should you have problems downloading the app, you should check the following:

  1. Always use your mobile number as "User name".

  2. Ensure that you accept " Push Notifications" when asked during set up. The app works on "Push Notification", thereby making it free to send.

  3. If, for some reason, you delete the app or change phones and want to re-instate it, you won't have to pay for it again; nor do you need to "Create a new profile" again. Simply "Log In" using your phone number and password, the things you used to set up your original account with us.

  4. Also, should you need to send an alert, ensure you press and hold the button to activate and the same to deactivate.
